University City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 124-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The supervisor coordinates nursing care and provides clinical oversight to staff during assigned shifts. The role supports safe resident outcomes through condition monitoring, care-plan and policy compliance, communication with care partners and families, and hands-on nursing leadership.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care
• provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• follow physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• prioritize care and support regulatory and safety compliance.
