The associate welcomes members and families, supports enrollment and sales, handles inquiries and account concerns, and keeps front desk and shared areas organized. The role helps families have a smooth first interaction and supports enrollment growth and daily operations.

What you'll do

• Greet members and families
• answer phones and respond to inquiries
• make outbound sales calls
• guide families through student registration
• address customer concerns
• assist with merchandise and vending purchases
• resolve open account issues
• maintain front desk and shared areas
• enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
