Inbound RDC Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate with receiving unloaders
• verify piece counts against bills of lading and shipping documents
• communicate shipment shortages, damage, and discrepancies
• inspect received materials
• create and manage OSD reports
• investigate and close OSD cases
• process put-away and goods receipt transactions in WMS
• monitor order status and prioritize urgent orders
• track shipments
• support invoice reconciliation
• use RF scanners to locate and maintain inventory
• follow warehouse safety procedures.
