What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and dishes using recipes and specified cooking methods
• check freshness
• interact with waitstaff
• garnish and arrange dishes
• store food and ingredients
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• complete opening and closing procedures
• set up workstations
• accommodate special requests
• operate kitchen equipment and assist with dishwashing.
