Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist role is onsite in Portland, OR, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour. Kashi Clinical Laboratories provides diagnostic testing to hospitals and clinics worldwide. What you'll do

• Respond to client phone and email inquiries
• resolve routine questions and route complex requests
• coordinate specimen and testing status, phlebotomy, reporting, supplies, and billing requests
• monitor shared inboxes and CRM notifications
• track requests through resolution
• coordinate shipment and tracking of testing kits and supplies
• assist with report requests and missing information
• scan and maintain requisition forms and documentation in LIMS
• identify opportunities to improve service processes.
