Building Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests
• perform guest-room preventive maintenance such as painting, battery replacement, smoke-detector checks, and HVAC cleaning
• maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas
• assist with pool, spa, and common-area maintenance according to local codes and brand standards
• and respond to guest concerns.
