What you'll do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts
• provide customer service
• prepare subs to company standards
• coach and support crew members
• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe restaurant
• monitor quality and operating standards
• manage opening and closing tasks
• assist with inventory and product rotation
• address customer concerns
• support the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
