What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
• resolve Wi-Fi, router, and wired-network problems
• install printers and scanners
• replace or upgrade hardware
• reinstall operating systems
• document work and communicate with customers
• and, depending on experience, support POS systems, cabling, outdoor TV mounting, and basic AV setup.
