What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day support and administration of Dynamics 365 and related systems
• learn ERP workflows across purchasing, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, project costing, and inventory
• help identify and document user and process issues
• assist with testing updates and workflows
• create and maintain user guides and procedures
• support data review, reporting, cleanup, and validation
• identify repetitive processes and explore automation or improved system use.
