This role supports the Cybersecurity & Information Technology team within the HII Corporate Office. The role exists to plan, coordinate, and deliver small-sized Cyber & IT projects while supporting larger initiatives. It focuses on managing scope, schedule, quality, cost, communications, and risk/issue management to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Support small-sized IT projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, communications, and risk/issue management.
• Track and manage budgets for small projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, meetings, and documentation using Microsoft Teams.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Planner boards.
• Serve as SharePoint site owner and maintain departmental content.
• Coordinate departmental operations such as travel, training, and supplier engagement.
