• Lead and monitor daily associate activities in the assigned area
• ensure performance goals for quality, accuracy, production, cost, safety, and cleanliness
• use warehouse management and related systems to locate products accurately
• inspect work quality
• maintain records and prepare performance reports
• ensure standard work documents are available and associates are trained
• reinforce safety policies
• provide guidance and feedback
• collaborate across the center and assist with special projects
• perform associate duties as needed.
