What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• support employees and dealership managers
• apply knowledge of New York sales and use tax laws
• prepare invoice reconciliations and analysis
• ensure general ledger accuracy
• assist with monthly accruals and month-end close
• support fiscal year-end closing
• prepare accounts receivable statements and review email accounts daily.
