Area Supervisor – Industrial Construction

What you'll do

• Participate in preconstruction planning
• review estimates and cost controls
• coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• support site setup
• confirm materials and subcontract work meet contract and quality requirements
• oversee testing and inspections
• direct and coordinate field personnel
• support communication on schedules, methods, permits, safety, and quality
• attend progress meetings
• arrange safety walkthroughs
• assist with project closeout
• review progress and cost reports
• build customer and project-partner relationships.
