What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast trays for delivery
• stock juices, yogurt, coffee, and shift supplies
• collect room-service trays after breakfast
• wash dishes
• keep the work area clean before, during, and after service
• put away refrigerated breakfast deliveries and other items
• and sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
