Quality Control Technician — Medical Devices, 2nd Shift

The Quality Control Technician role is onsite in Bedford, MA. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to a full-time employee, working Monday–Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Lexington Medical develops and manufactures minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions intended to improve surgical outcomes. The technician inspects medical device components and finished products to verify they meet quality standards. The role documents nonconforming materials, maintains product traceability, and communicates inspection findings to help ensure reliable products reach healthcare providers.

What you'll do

• Inspect medical device components and finished products according to documented procedures
• perform dimensional and visual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and comparators
• identify and document nonconforming materials
• maintain product and component traceability
• maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with cleanroom and manufacturing requirements
• communicate quality issues and findings to supervisors and relevant departments.
