What you'll do

• Defines and owns the IBP North Star and initiative roadmap.
• Identifies end-to-end value opportunities.
• Defines and maintains IBP standards and best practices.
• Governs the IBP initiative roadmap and prioritization.
• Owns the IBP Process Health Check and Maturity Assessment.
• Leads change management and influences stakeholders at all levels.
