What you'll do

• Assist with development, communication, and compliance monitoring of behavioral health policies and procedures
• supervise Health Record and Quality Improvement staff
• validate information with administrative staff for outcomes management
• conduct qualitative and quantitative health-record reviews
• assist with staff education on privacy and access to consumer health information
• coordinate Ombudsman activities
• travel to several locations.
