What you'll do

• Design and facilitate recreation programs
• lead adaptive sports, fitness, wellness, and leisure activities
• coordinate Special Olympics practices, events, and competitions
• facilitate community outings
• adapt activities to participants’ abilities
• provide coaching and positive behavioral support
• support participant goals
• maintain safe and welcoming spaces
• transport participants as needed
• document participation and progress
• collaborate with residential, vocational, and interdisciplinary teams.
