Client Success Manager

What you'll do

• Act as the primary communication liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales and services
• own issue resolution and client commitments
• build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• understand iT1 service offerings and client contractual scope
• plan and lead regular service review calls
• stay informed about supported technologies
• identify client business objectives and recommend aligned solutions
• independently manage projects and deliverables with minimal oversight.
