What you'll do

• Monitor public areas, sales floors, entrances, and high-value sections
• operate alarms, access controls, and CCTV
• identify suspicious activity and potential theft
• observe individuals in accordance with store policy and legal guidelines
• address suspected shoplifters as trained and authorized
• coordinate with management and law enforcement when needed
• document incidents and maintain activity logs
• respond calmly to emergencies
• support secure opening and closing procedures.
