What you'll do

• Prepare the facility and equipment
• coordinate supplies, vendors, referral marketing, and practice management system setup
• review budgets, expenses, KPIs, and opening targets
• support interviewing, hiring, and training
• plan staffing and schedules
• build workflows and accountability standards
• coach and develop employees
• manage client and patient flow, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and vendor relationships
• monitor hospital performance and budgets
• and support compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
