Donor Relations Manager

This role exists to drive major gift fundraising and deepen relationships with individual donors. The manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors at the $5,000+ level to ensure sustainable philanthropic support for the organization's critical programs.

• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies.
• Build a robust donor pipeline.
• Mobilize philanthropic support during disaster relief efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
