What you'll do

• Verify tanker seals, temperature, and milk quality
• collect and test samples for antibiotics, temperature, and odor
• operate pumps and valves to transfer milk to storage silos
• sanitize hoses and connections
• complete receiving logs, quality records, and inventory updates
• comply with dairy regulations, GMP, and HACCP
• clean and sanitize the receiving area and equipment
• coordinate with drivers, quality assurance, and production teams.
