What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
• place IV catheters and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• prepare, monitor, and recover surgical patients
• assist with examinations, diagnostics, and procedures
• perform laboratory diagnostics
• operate diagnostic equipment
• maintain controlled-drug logs and medical records
• educate clients
• maintain clean, stocked treatment and surgical areas.
