Part-Time Community Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Support daily onsite operations
• assist with training and coaching onsite team members
• conduct community tours and assist with leasing and move-ins
• support marketing, occupancy, resident retention, and issue resolution
• assist with rent collection, vendor coordination, expense monitoring, budget tracking, reporting, and documentation
• monitor service requests
• conduct inspections and community walks.
