What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals while maintaining food temperature and presentation
• follow safe food-handling and HACCP standards
• clean and organize kitchen areas
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• and report maintenance needs or accidents.
