Director of Memory Care — Senior Living

The Director of Memory Care role is onsite in Loveland, CO. The annual salary range is $58,240–$62,400. The position supports the memory care unit at Stoneridge at Centerra, part of Integral Senior Living’s care and lifestyle-focused communities. The director leads the memory care unit’s operations and programming in accordance with applicable laws. The role coordinates dementia-appropriate activities, family support meetings, and staff supervision to support residents and their families.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and lead memory care unit operations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• partner with the Activities Director to ensure appropriate activities are available throughout the day and evening and that Care Managers participate
• design, schedule, and facilitate Life Skills and dementia-appropriate programming
• establish a relationship with a local Alzheimer’s Association chapter or other advisory organization
• plan and facilitate monthly family support group meetings
• supervise CNAs in the memory care unit.
