What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community
• supervise and develop leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
• ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, PHA, and other applicable regulations
• oversee leasing, occupancy, retention, rent collections, certifications, reporting, budgets, contractors, capital projects, maintenance, inspections, and resident concerns
• use Yardi for leasing, reporting, accounting, and compliance.
