What you'll do

• Manage a collaborative team working on electric transmission line design projects.
• Serve as Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager for high voltage electric transmission line design projects.
• Apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards.
• Direct a team of engineers performing analyses, PLS-CADD modeling, structure loading calculations, foundation design, and drafting plans and specifications.
• Involved in applying AI, automation, and digital design platforms.
• Client relations, staff management, proposal development, scope creation/change, project execution, and new business capture.
• Communicate clear expectations, manage performance, motivate, coach, and mentor professionals.
• Manage collaboration and positive team culture.
