What you'll do

• Manage daily building-system operations and maintenance
• supervise and mentor engineering staff
• inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate vendor repairs
• monitor building automation systems
• maintain code and safety compliance
• manage supplies and spare parts
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• coordinate with property management and tenants
• respond to emergency maintenance situations, including after-hours calls as required.

Why this role
