What you'll do

• Set up and change over Schutte multi-spindle machines
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, timing, and process issues
• optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and cycle times
• guide operators and setup technicians
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• lead first-piece approvals
• develop setup standards and process documentation
• and work with maintenance and engineering on equipment reliability and new product launches.
