What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and related mechanical systems
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• recommend repairs or improvements
• complete service calls safely
• maintain service reports and equipment records
• communicate with customers and facility personnel
• follow company, safety, and union standards.
