The CDL A Driver Trainee role is an onsite position based in Pittsfield, NH. Compensation is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, supporting the supply chain and distribution team at Mclane Company, Inc. This role exists to provide comprehensive, paid training for individuals to become successful commercial drivers. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in safe vehicle operation, equipment inspection, and customer delivery protocols while working toward full driver status.

What you'll do

• Maneuver tractor-trailer equipment, perform pre/post-trip inspections, operate Driver Delivery Handheld (DDH) devices, maintain DOT logs, assist with product unloading, and provide customer service.
