What you'll do

• Lead the account AI vision, roadmap, standards, and use-case portfolio
• identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• build and prototype AI tools, workflow automations, and API integrations
• develop evaluation and testing frameworks
• create adoption and outcome dashboards
• maintain a governed library of AI solutions and documentation
• drive adoption through demonstrations, training, and change management
• govern AI use according to client requirements and company standards
• communicate value, limitations, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
• report adoption, benefits, risks, and lessons learned.
