Enterprise Data Architect

The Enterprise Data Architect role is onsite in Austin, TX, with a base pay range of $233,360–$320,870 per year. The role supports Procore’s Enterprise Data Engineering team, which builds a data platform to put trusted data in stakeholders’ hands and advance the company’s use of AI. This hands-on individual contributor owns the enterprise data platform architecture and contributes code, reference implementations, and self-service tools. The work enables teams to use data for faster decisions and business outcomes, while supporting platform AI strategy and data integration for mergers and acquisitions.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture across data ingestion, warehousing, analytics, data science and machine learning, and reverse ETL
• lead the enterprise data platform AI strategy
• build governed self-service capabilities, semantic layers, and certified data sources
• create reusable patterns and tools
• write production code and build proofs of concept
• lead data platform integration for mergers and acquisitions
• establish data quality, testing, governance, observability, cost, privacy, and compliance standards
• partner with technical and business leaders and mentor senior engineers.
