What you'll do

• Handle warranty and commercial litigation from inception through resolution, trial, and appeal
• research and draft litigation documents
• manage written discovery and document-intensive matters
• prepare for and conduct depositions according to experience
• prepare and argue motions
• work with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, and case teams
• manage strategy, deadlines, and reporting
• prepare for hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial
• senior attorneys may supervise and mentor associates.
