Substation Crew Lead – Underground Construction

Job overview

The Substation Crew Lead – Underground Construction role is onsite for projects throughout North Florida, with occasional travel to other Florida project areas. Compensation is based on experience. Powerserve Technologies Inc supports greenfield substation construction projects and critical power infrastructure. The crew lead oversees field crews performing below-grade civil and construction work, coordinating daily activities and production schedules from site development through foundation completion. The role helps maintain quality, productivity, and safety while coordinating with project management and utility representatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee crews performing below-grade substation construction. Coordinate daily activities and production schedules
• interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• and coordinate with project management and utility representatives. Lead and participate in grading, excavation, drilled pier operations, concrete placement and finishing, ground grid installation, and underground conduit installation. Maintain quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
