What you'll do

• Escort patients to and from exam and procedure rooms
• collect and process urine specimens
• record vital signs, height, weight, and medical history changes
• reconcile medications in the EMR
• communicate room status and hand off patient information to providers
• assist with minor procedures
• update patient records
• clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms
• answer calls and greet patients
• support inventory and ordering
• administer medications under provider supervision
• prepare equipment for sterilization
• follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
