What you'll do

• Administer the SaaS management platform
• identify unauthorized, redundant, or underused applications
• maintain the approved software catalog and governance standards
• monitor usage and licensing compliance
• manage license and subscription lifecycles, audits, renewals, and vendor commitments
• evaluate software and prepare business cases
• partner with IT Security on application risks and compliance
• develop utilization and cost reports
• support software provisioning, access troubleshooting, and adoption.
