What you'll do

• Monitor TikTok live chat
• pin comments, highlight questions, and encourage participation
• assist hosts with questions, comments, and technical issues
• enforce community guidelines and platform policies
• report inappropriate behavior
• coordinate with marketing and host teams
• track viewer engagement and provide feedback
• help manage product inventory questions
• stay current on TikTok features and live-selling practices.
