What you'll do

• Own regional market performance and P&L
• hire, lead, and develop Market Managers
• support new market launches
• coordinate with other regional managers on best practices and priorities
• report to founders and executives
• oversee fleet operations and maintenance programs
• partner with Growth on driver recruitment and retention
• analyze performance and set regional KPIs
• develop cost-effective strategies
• oversee compliance and safety audits.
