What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare estimates, proposals, bid forms, bid bonds, and addenda
• use Accubid or similar estimating software
• solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing
• assess project costs, risks, and opportunities
• prepare purchase orders and subcontracts
• coordinate vendors, subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment
• review contracts
• prepare schedules, submittals, invoices, and change orders
• monitor costs, profitability, and progress
• support field superintendents and employees on accountability, quality, productivity, and safety.
