• Manage execution and governance of the Global Security training program
• develop and improve curricula and role-based learning pathways
• assess training needs and implement learning solutions
• coordinate training schedules, tracking, reporting, and compliance follow-up
• align content with company policies and compliance expectations
• streamline training administration and documentation
• communicate program priorities and performance
• evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, for training and knowledge management.

Why this role
