What you'll do

• Unload shipments and inspect products for damage or discrepancies
• verify shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices
• pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• document outgoing shipments and pickups
• negotiate general shipping rates with vendors
• maintain inventory records
• organize and store products
• meet customer documentation and retention requirements
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• coordinate with Purchasing and Quality and participate in continuous improvement activities.
