What you'll do

• Prepare budget estimates
• oversee work under approved procedures and contract documents
• ensure inspections are completed and documented
• maintain project cost controls, budgets, and accounting records
• coordinate schedule updates, invoices, and submittals
• review contractor progress and project reports
• meet with contractors and clients to provide updates
• review construction documents and specifications
• guide and mentor junior team members.
