Senior Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Own mechanical design and development of hardware products
• lead technical trade studies and risk mitigation
• create CAD designs, tolerance analyses, and GD&T drawings
• build and validate prototypes
• apply design-for-manufacture and assembly principles
• plan experiments and validation tests
• define quality requirements
• develop fixtures and test equipment
• maintain engineering documentation
• collaborate across research, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, operations, and supply chain
• mentor junior engineers
• and support production issues and post-launch improvements.
