What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- complete assessments and monitor condition and vital signs
- report changes
- administer ordered medications and treatments
- provide tracheostomy, ventilator, oxygen, enteral feeding, feeding tube, catheter, ostomy, and wound care as applicable and within scope
- educate patients and caregivers
- complete electronic documentation
- follow physician orders, plans of care, agency policies, and applicable requirements.
