What you'll do

• Assess children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans
• design and implement individualized ABA interventions
• collect and analyze progress data
• maintain clinical records and reports
• educate and support parents and caregivers
• collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and direct support staff
• complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• address crisis situations using de-escalation techniques.
