What you'll do

• Work assigned accounts receivable queues daily, prioritizing by claim value and timely-filing risk
• follow up with payers on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims by phone, portal, and clearinghouse
• correct and resubmit claims and file appeals when needed
• identify denial trends and share root causes with billing leadership
• maintain clear account notes
• meet productivity, quality, and accounts-receivable reduction goals.

Why this role
