What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and work orders
• inspect and maintain facilities and equipment
• coordinate contractors, inspections, repairs, and facility modifications
• oversee safety, cleanliness, and workplace security measures
• maintain facility records and inventory
• prepare reports and compliance filings
• develop preventive maintenance schedules
• participate in emergency response planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• train and supervise direct reports.
